As of April 1, 2022, patients will no longer be able to pay their account balance online by credit card.
MTBC (Dr. Mayer’s billing service) will still notify patients by mail, with a follow-up phone call, when there is a balance due. Patients may also call Dr. Mayer to determine their account balance.
Payments may be made by check (payable to Dr. Frederick Mayer and mailed to 508 Main Street, Avon 07717). Dr. Mayer will continue to accept credit card, check, and cash payments in the office. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by discontinuing this service.
